Every installer has a list like this. Most of it was written in 2022 and 2023, and nobody has spoken to it since.

You closed one in five. What happened to the other four?

During load shedding the phone did not stop. You quoted hundreds of homes and you could not keep up with the follow-up — nobody could.

Roughly 20% of those quotes became jobs. The rest are still sitting in your system: real people, in real houses, who asked you for a price and then went quiet.

Their electricity bill has gone up every year since. Panel and battery pricing has come down. Nothing about their situation is the same as it was when they said no — and no one has told them.

We wake them up. On WhatsApp. One at a time.

96% of South African internet users are on WhatsApp, and the average user spends over 23 hours a month inside it. Here it is not a marketing channel. It is where people actually talk.

So that is where we go — with a message that names what they were quoted, when, and for what. Not a blast. One person at a time, and a human answers every reply.

We are not an agency. No SEO, no social media, no ads, no website rebuild. One job: getting your dead quotes back on the phone.

Four steps. You do one of them.

1

You send the list

A spreadsheet of old quotes: name, mobile, date, value. Whatever format it is in. If it is messy, send it messy.

Your side — about ten minutes
2

We check what we are allowed to send

Every list gets segmented under section 69 of POPIA before anything goes out. Contacts we cannot lawfully message, we do not message — and you get the exclusion list with the reason for each one.

Our side — day one
3

We message them

Three touches over 21 days, personalised per contact. Every reply answered by a person within 15 minutes during business hours.

Our side — days 3 to 21
4

You get bookings

Site visits go straight into your diary, and we message you the moment each one lands. You answer the phone and do what you already do well.

Your side — the part that pays

Start free. Pay per booking after that.

The free test
R0

Your 50 oldest dead quotes. Five days. We cover the message costs.

If it books you two site visits, we talk about the rest of the list. If it books you nothing, you owe nothing and you keep everything we wrote.

Reactivation Sprint
R2 500 + R500 per booking

Your full list, up to 750 contacts, over 21 days. Capped at R15 000 so it cannot run away from you.

Fewer than five booked site visits and the setup fee comes back in full.

Always-On
R6 500/month + R350 per booking

Every new enquiry answered in under five minutes. Every quote followed up automatically at day 2, 7 and 21.

For installers who have already seen what the first campaign found.

Why this works when a bulk SMS does not

·

You already paid for these leads

No ad spend, no new traffic, nothing to test. The asset exists and it is sitting on your hard drive.

·

Priced on outcomes, not months

You pay per booked site visit. If nothing gets booked, you pay almost nothing. There is no retainer to hide behind.

·

Done inside the law

Sender identity and an opt-out in every message, section 69 segmentation before the first send, and an objection register kept on your behalf.

·

One person, not an agency

You deal with me. I write the messages, I answer the replies, and I tell you when something is not working.

Where we are right now

Requote is new. Rather than show you testimonials from people you cannot phone, here is the deal instead: the first fifty contacts are free, and you judge the result yourself before any money changes hands.

Campaign results get published on this page as they happen — real numbers, with the client's permission, or not at all.

Questions installers actually ask

Is this legal under POPIA?

Yes, when it is done properly. Section 69(3) allows you to market to a past customer about similar products or services, provided they can opt out. Someone who only ever asked for a quote and never bought is not a customer, and different rules apply — in most cases we simply do not message them. You will see exactly who we exclude and why.

Will this annoy my customers?

A personal message referencing a quote they asked you for is not spam. One message per person, never a blast, and we stop the second anyone asks us to.

My list is old. Does that matter?

Old is the point. The best responses come from quotes 18 months to 3 years old — the original reason for saying no has usually expired, and the electricity price has moved since.

What counts as a booked appointment?

A scheduled site visit with a named person who has confirmed a date and time, who is the decision-maker or lives with them, and who has not already been in active discussion with you in the last 30 days. It goes in writing before we start.

How long does it take?

The free test runs over five days. A full campaign is 21 days from receiving the list to the final report.

Do you send from my number or yours?

Ideally yours — responses are better because they already know you. We can send from ours if you would rather keep it separate.

What if it does not work?

On the free test you lose nothing but a spreadsheet export. On a paid campaign, fewer than five booked visits and your setup fee is refunded in full.
